This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service delivery work for Lingolean, operated by Leandro Acevedo.
Delivery Policy
Lingolean is a digital service delivered instantly via the web. Upon subscribing to a Premium plan, you gain immediate access to all Premium features through your web browser at app.lingolean.com. No physical delivery or software installation is required.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. To cancel, use the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account in the app, or contact us at leandro@lingolean.com. Upon cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refund Policy
Because Lingolean provides instant digital access upon subscription, refunds are generally not issued for the current billing period. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, or if you were charged in error, please contact us at leandro@lingolean.com within 14 days and we will review your request. We aim to resolve all refund requests fairly and promptly.

Withdrawal Instruction (Widerrufsbelehrung)
The following withdrawal instruction is provided in accordance with § 312g and § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the statutory model form pursuant to Annex to Art. 246a § 1 EGBGB.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Leandro Acevedo, Bessemerstraße 51/1.OG, 13055 Berlin, Germany, email: leandro@lingolean.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
How to Exercise Withdrawal
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Premature Expiry for Digital Content
You acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if: (a) the performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent, and (b) you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. When you subscribe and immediately gain access to Premium features, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right, in accordance with § 356(5) BGB.
